Founded in Macau in 2018, Goa Nights grew from an experimental concept to break free from the cocktail scene predominantly housed within the peninsula’s hotels, particularly along the Cotai Strip, soon evolving into Goa Nights. Today, we’re proud to bring that vision to Cebu City – a place that celebrates food, culture, and community. We’re more than just an Indian restaurant in Cebu. Our mission is to reinvent what Indian dining can be: familiar yet unexpected, rooted in heritage yet refreshing with our own modern twists.

Try our St. Paul’s Ruins, a pisco sour variation crowded in flame and cinnamon; taste the sweet fruity notes of Old Taipa Village, made with sous vide whiskey, caramelized banana, and elderflower. Travel onward from Lisbon, where gin meets raw turmeric, Aperol, and port wine mist, to Mombasa, a bold herb blend of tequila and grapefruit. Each cocktail is a chapter in our story – a journey told with each sip.
